Collins has a released a book with the winning and shortlisted photos from the Bird Photographer of the Year 2017 competition.
According to the publisher's description, the book is "a celebration of avian beauty and diversity, it is a tribute to both the dedication and passion of the photographers". We cannot deny that these photos are truely beautiful. Here is a selection of some of our favourites from this year, we think you'll be blown away.
