American shorthair

American counterpart of the British Shorthair and European short-haired, its hair is short and thick and his body is outspread (even a little chunky!). Made to live outside, it's a playful, sporty and easygoing cat, he proves to be a formidable hunter. He loves his master. It is a "rustic" animal and solid, but apartment living suits him very well!
