Instructions
Bring a small pot of water to the boil. Simmer the thigh fillets for 5 minutes.Remove, cool and chop.
Cook the macaroni until tender. Cool.
Blend in the food processor, adding a few drops of vegetable oil to help the mix
Cat Hash Brown Recipe

- 100 grams - 1/4 lb lamb liver
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon corn oil
Instructions
Heat oil in a pan and add liver, fry gently on both sides until cooked but not dry inside.
Add water to the pan and mix it up with all the brown bits.
Grind the liver in a blender, using the pan juices.
Make sure the meat has cooled before serving
Fish Balls Deluxe Recipe
- Serves: 1 -2 medium meals

Ingredients
- Small can of tuna in olive oil - don't drain it.
- 2 tbl whole grain bread crumbs or oatmeal
- 2-3 tbl grated mild cheese
- 1 egg - beaten
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
Mash up everything to an even paste
Shape into small balls and put them on a greased baking tray
Bake for 15-20 minutes, checking frequently: the fish balls should be golden brown and feel firm
Cool thoroughly before serving
Sardines and Rice Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 cups of sardines in oil
- 2/3 cup cooked white rice
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
Instructions
Combine all ingredients.
Stir with a wooden spoon to break up sardines into bite-sized pieces
Store tightly covered in the refrigerator. Be sure to let the food reach room temperature before serving
