Today lets talk about pet-friendly accommodation in the UK. Because your pet is a part of your family and you don't want to leave it in a kennel when you go on holidays...

So here are UK's best pet friends pubs, hotels and restaurants!

Fieldhead Hotel, West Looe

Situated above the gorgeous West Looe seaside, the Fieldhead Hotel is pure relaxation for dogs and people alike.  It is only a fifteen minute walk along the waterside to the centre of town, which has a great variety of Shops, Restaurants, Pubs and bustling fishing harbour.

The ocean is right on your doorstep, and the beach is very popular in the summer. If you choose to go there any other time of the year, the rock pools and sandy coves below the hotel provide interest all year round.

Just be sure you will never forget your stay in this Cornish seaside town.

The Swan Hotel, Southwold

The Swan Hotel, one of the jewels of Suffolk tourism, offers dog-friendly accommodation in the refurbished Lighthouse Rooms

For £10 a day you furry friend can stay with you in one of the standard or classic rooms. And as a paying customer it will receive a treat upon arrival.

Just a short stroll from the hotel is the  dog friendly beach at Southwold with its rows of colourful beach huts and the town has a wide selection of individual boutique shops to browse. Don't forget to to visit the brewery and distillery in Southwold! Tours are for the over 18s only and include a tutored tasting and a little something to take home!

Grant Arms Hotel

In the fine Scottish country town of Grantown on Spey, not far from the famous Spey River, lies the handsome stone built Grant Arms Hotel

We love having dogs in our hotel in the heart of the CairnGorms, so much so that we even let them bring their humans with them!

The hotel charges a £20 charge for pets, but they do receive a bag full of treats when they get there!

Many canine capers can be had in and around Grantown on Spey. When you're not outside enjoying the lovely area, you can enjoy the comfort of the bedrooms and delicious food.

The Lacon Arms

After a walk  next to the sea on the east coast at Hemsby, Great Yarmouth, have a snack at The Lacon Arms! As long as it is kept in leash, your dog is welcomed and will even be given a bowl of water!

They serve 3 types of real ales as well as a large selection of lagers and bitters, bottled beers and ciders, soft drinks, wines and Italian Coffees!

The Horse And Jockey, Chorlton Meadows

This cosy, traditional country pub has a razor sharp modern edge: it runs its own micro-brewery, hosts beer festivals, live music nights and still finds time to serve excellent food. They have beef-flavoured doggie beer - a pet-friendly innovation that won them a Kenel Club Open Award for the best dog-friendly pub.
