Pets bring so much joy and tenderness into your life and they are sometimes used to help autistic children in their daily life.

Iris is a 5 years old girl who has autism. She used to be very agitated but with her therapy cat Thula, she is now relaxed.

Thula is an adorable one year old Maine Coon. Calm and affectionate, Maine Coons are really great therapy cats.

Autism often stops the child from bonding with other people. Iris was closed in but when Thula came into her life, she opened up. She started painting and revealed an amazing gift.
