Ingredients for thirty bacon biscuits:
- 300 g flour
- 50 cl of milk
- Cooked bacon fat
- 1 large egg
- 50 cl of water
Mix the flour and milk in a large bowl. Then add the egg, the bacon fat and the water. Mix well, add more flour if it is too sticky, or milk if it is not enough.
Roll out on a floured surface to avoid the dough sticking. With a funky punch, cut shapes biscuits.
Bake at 250°C degrees for about an hour.
