Podenco Canario

Originally from the Canary Islands, this dog is mainly used for hunting, especially rabbit. It measures between 55cm and 64cm and has a slim and slender body. His hair is short and hard, and its color varies from shades of red or white, or a combination of both. It is a lively and restless animal, you will need to walk him very often, therefore he doesn�t fit apartment living. But they are also wonderful companions, affectionate, loyal and dynamic.
