Cracker is upgrading her fetch from an open carrier trick to a closed carrier trick - now she has to open the carrier and carry the ball out even if the flap closes on her.

Its now been a day since Popcorn & Raisin had their lump removals, and I'm happy to say both girls are now doing great! In this video you can see their surgery sites, both which look quite good to me - the vet & her team really did an amazing job!
Cracker is learning to fetch items up a ladder and onto a platform! To break up reps I also ask for the occasional spin or paw, both tricks Cracker knows well and enjoys offering - great job Cracker!
On Thursday Popcorn and Raisin here will be getting some lumps removed - both girls are in great health otherwise so surgery should go well, but I'm still anxious to get it done!
Once a week I like to weigh all my rats to ensure everyone is doing well - to make this easier I make sure to feed the rats lots of yummy treats during scale time so they associate it with good things!
This was Peaches version of the rob a purse trick! While she was initially afraid to stick her head into the purse all it took was putting treats inside it a few times & she decided it was actually quite a nice!
