my canary is tearing the feathers of his body

For a week now my 2 year old canary started tearing the feathers from his body and today he tore the feathers from his wings until his blood is flowing despite being well fed (in addition to his food apples, cucumber, .....) and before sunset he is placed in a dark and noiseless place in the morning this place becomes illuminated
Every day he spends more than 2 hours outside in addition he takes a shower every week and his cage is always clean but this period also he refused to take a shower and stopped tweeting
Please I need your help !!

I think your bird is stressed. I have read that when they are sad or feel unhappy, isolated and lonely, they start to pluck their feathers themselves. And they do it to get your attention. You can try to spend more time with him and if you do, let him out of the cage. This will have a positive effect on him.
