Best food for abby kitten

I’m trying to decide on the best food and ratio to raise my kitten on. Currently I have him on kitten Royal Canin food, one can a day split into 4 meals. I top that with a little Solid Gold bone broth, and then usually thrown in a freeze dried small fish or freeze dried piece of organ meat. I try not to give him too much dry food either as I heated it may not be the best for cats as they are mainly carnivores. I guess correct me if I’m wrong. I can’t seem to find consistent advice online. The breeder I got him from only wanted me to feed the food she recommends but also it can only be bought from one place and she gets a kick back from it so I don’t know if I trust it. I’m thinking of switching him to the Smalls brand but I’m not sure if it has any harmful ingredients.  Does anyone have good recommendations based on experience?

I have been feeding my cat the same food as you do but also my vet has suggested I add some nutritional supplements such as cat immune support lysine and taurine for cats. My cat's immune system has been well with these and also her skin coat has improved. I will highly recommend these for your cat. This will surely help.

We just got a little gentleman, finally convinced the parents. He keeps walking me over to his food bowl so I wanna make sure we're feeding him right.
