Why is she always wanting to play?

Why is my dog always wanting to play? Like one time when my parents like just put my to bed and I was already to start falling asleep, and I heard panting at the side of my bed, and lily my dog was there holding a dog toy in her mouth. I don't know if I'm not playing with her enough, like my brother ALWAYS plays with her all the time.
