Dog arthritis

Hi,
Can anyone help?

My dog has been diagnosed with arthritis. She's been on previcox for about 3 months, but in the last couple of weeks that has stopped working. Her back legs are weaker and she's falling down.

Did anyone face such a problem? How did you help your dog?
