Japanese Spitz

This breed of dog appeared in Japan in the 1930s. It measures between 28 and 40cm and weighs between 6 and 10 kilos. It is a small dog that has medium-length hair, thick all over the body, especially on the tail. Its coat is completely white. Despite what you might think, dont groom it too often: it is a very clean dog, a brush occasionally will do! Its dense fur also protects it against low temperatures, even if it prefers to live indoors with the family! It is affectionate with its owners, especially with children. It is also very brave and reactive: it will be a good guardian for the home.
