Hello hello! I'm Maru. I'm a small long coat chihuahua living in Tokyo. I live with Dad and Mom. Dad is very much kind to me. He is my best friend. Whenever he is at home, he give me yummy snacks. Mom is a little strict, but she looks after me and protects me, so I trust her. I'd like to make a lot of friends around the world!

    Maru Hi Bennett and Penney! I'm shy, but when I came to my home, I was 3 months old, I was very very friendly. I didn't hesitate to be friendly to people and dogs. Even though I met a big German Shepherd, I tried to make friends with him. However when I became 6 months old, I realized that I'm much smaller than others. Now I'm very friendly to my family members, but I'm a little scared of other dogs. But I think I can make friends with you, Penney. You seem so gentle and pretty.

    Maru I like his idea, then I tell a word " Thank you very much for your help" as thinking about ancestors, and dedicate three incenses in front of a card which my family name is written. He says that the power of gratitude is huge. In addition, he is a very interesting person. He is not a teacher or pope. He is a normal business man in a Japanese company. He writes his advice toward us on his blog. And he also writes books. But he doesn't appear in front of us. And he forbids us to hold fan meeting of him. He says that it's very significant that people show their gratitude toward their ancestors individually. Anyhow, I believe that the power of gratitude. And I think that we shouldn't make groups, such as cults, to improve our spirit. And it's not difficult to say thank you toward ancestors. Therefore, I like his idea. Unfortunately, his books have not been translated to foreign languages yet, though I'd like to recommend you his book.

Anyhow I need some rest, then I'd like to do many thing, such as reading, sewing, watching American TV drama, and walking. Actually, I like American TV drama, for example, CSI, cold case, White color. And now I'm quite into "Fringe". Have you seen it? The drama was produced by the producers of Star Trek. The story is about fringe science. And the main theme of this drama is "the existence of parallel world". I read several books related to spiritual. The authors told not only about the truth of our lives but also the structure of our universe. Therefore I became interested in it.     Maru Then one day in June, a newsletter came from Yummypets, there was a url link on the letter. I didn't understand the message on the letter, but I clicked it, because I thought I was able to get more information about it. Unfortunately, it was an application for stopping newsletter. I'm very sad. After that, Yummypets don't send me any letter. I tried to change my status on my page, but I can't receive newsletters yet. And I asked them to send me newsletters in English, but I haven't received any answer from them yet.

    Maru Therefore, I haven't understood many functions of Yummypets yet. In order to enjoy Yummypets more, I should improve my French!
